I was interested in buying a SAM-7S, and was wondering if anyone has any information, pros/cons, etc...

You sure your posting on the right forum? To the best of my knowledge the Sam 7 is a East Bloc, hand held, antiaircraft guided missile system.

Last time I checked they weren't listed on any of the auctions.

SAM7 is made by Arsenal Inc. Very good product if you want an accurate "semi-auto" copy of a Bulgarian Arsenal AK.

Excellent AK, but I've been told by a guy who sells hundreds of them
that the SLR 101s model sold by Atlantic is the same rifle. It's made in Bulgaria and is first rate, with milled receiver, side optics rail, chrome lined barrel, machined parts, and everything is fitted and fininshed properly. Go to http://www.atlanticfirearms.com, click on AK rifles, scroll down past the first twenty or so until you get to the Arsenal section. You'll find the SLR 101 Hi-Cap AK listed on sale for $569.00. Excellent deal, I've got one and its a jewel. It's configured legally for the U.S. without having to change anything.
