Can anyone give me a date of manufacture for this S&W?? Smith & Wesson 32 cal CTG serial # 2251xx Model 3 chambered in 32 S & W with a 3 1/2 barrel.

  Your serial number indicates it is a .32 hand ejector model of 1903 5th change.
  
  The book says between 1910 and 1917. By the number I would est around between 1915 and 1917.
