Question on extractors?

I also posted this question on general discussion. Long srory short, I have a .25ACP BRNO Model Z that has no extractor in it, but it functions like normal, firing, extracting and ejecting the shell. Is this safe to do, or should I get an extractor and put it in? I use the gun for general fun and plinking and not carry.

  If it is working, I would not worry about it. It may use blow back extraction like some model Beretta 25 acp's. If you don't see a place for it, it may not have never had one.
