Glock 22 Worth?
Ok, I posted this before, but I guess the post got lost.
I bought a G22 last year about this time for a firearms class. I'll soon be getting on as a reserve and later be going full time as a police officer so they'll furnish me a G22. So now I'm thinking about selling mine and getting the smaller .40 cal Glock.
Any idea what it would be worth. It's in near perfect condition, cleaned often, comes with two mags and all the original papers and the case and I'll even throw in a gun lock and the extra rounds I got if I get a .45 or .357. So what's it worth? Could I get an even trade for a smaller one?
What would ya'll suggest for a smaller back up/concealed gun? I'm not a fan of "p*ssy ass nines" as they are called in Dawn of the Dead, but if you can convince me they are better, than something else, I'll look into it.

Ok your current G22 is worth $375-$400. Im sure you could find someone to trade you out for a smaller G23.As a back-up its a no brainer go with the G27 its also a .40., the mags interchange and that little G27 holds 10rds! Joe 0 -

I agree, you might be able to get a little more $25-$50 more if you sell it consignment at a local shop. A dealer will probably offer you less than $400 for trade. Because he needs to make something off of it to make it worthwile. Consignment would probably be your best bet.
