As discribed, it won't be worth the shipping costs...I'd Pop into a local Gunsmith and offer them to Him as a Gift.....Maybe get a Box of .22 Ammo for them....Even being Rusty they will more than likely require a FFL Holder....So Cover Your Butt.....Best....

Some cities (assume police departments) offer various discount coupons for "turning guns in"---to get them off the street. I wouldn't think condition would make any difference.

yeh, wait until some anti-gun group offers $50 for every gun turned in.

Throw them off a bridge for some future explorer to find. Make his day.

It is a poor sort of man who is content to be spoon-fed knowledge that has been filtered through the canon of religious or political belief, and it is a poor sort of man who will permit others to dictate what he may or may not learn.

mcneely, in all seriousness, if you live in jurisdiction plagued with PC droolers, there might well be a buy-back program. No reason not to turn these in - it's your civic duty! [}:)][:D]

A short time ago someone was on one of these forums asking for damaged or blown up firearms to use as teaching aids in a safety class they were involved in. Someone may remember that post or know how it retrieve it.

Use them for tomatoe stakes. The rust is good for the root.
