Rem. Model 4? Is this a real gun?
OK. Here is the deal. My father wants to replace the stocks on his gun. So I ask " What gun do have "? He says Rem. Model 4. Anyways, I have looked and looked and finally found a model 4. So here is the million dollar question. Is a stock from a model 7400 interchageable with a model 4. Thanks.

The 742 is a semi auto and the 760 is a pump.You mean the mod 4 semi auto replaced both a semi auto and a pump,huh [?] [?] [?] [?] I think you mean 7400?

MY error, the mod 4 replaced the 742 0nly, not the 760 but my error does not alter the stock replacement question. as the butt stocks from a 760 will fit a mod 742. Sorry for the error[B)]
