    To answer your question, yes the Ballester Rigaud's and the Ballester Molina's are C&R qualified. Here is a picture of mine. The two tone gun at the top and the light gray gun with tag still attached are both Ballester Rigaud's. The others are 3 Ballester Molina's and a Colt Sistema.[8)][8)]
