Rossi Questions
Anyone know when the Rossi '92 rifle became the Rossi Puma? Was this when the safty came to be on the lever action or did that come later? Are the earlyer rifles worth more or better built, I'm asking all this because i have one of each in the same condition & need to pass one them on, which one? Thanks

Hoss Fly I don't know the answer to your question but when you say "pass one on" are you refering to selling one? I've kinda been looking at them ( ones in 45 long Colt ). Let me know what you have planned, e-mail me if you are looking to sell or trade. 0 -

As far as I know they have always been called Puma. The one I bought over 20yrs ago said Puma on it. And the one I bought last year that was only a few years old said Puma on it. The safeties were added after Interarms went out of business and stopped importing them. I've never seen one marked Interarms that had a safety.
