Yugo SKS Firing pin not engaging

Hello, recently I changed the stocks on 2 different Yugo SKS's, Now the firing pin on both will not strike. You can pull the trigger and hear the click but no fire.

What am I missing????

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Check the primers of the rounds you are trying to shoot. See if they have the usual deep dent in them.
  
  It may be that the hammers on the guns are being slowed somehow by the fit of the stocks, and are not hitting the primer hard enough or not at all.
  
  Also check to see that they are not broken.

  Did you put the stock spring of the old stock in the new stock, this is the spring that is under the back of the trigger group, that puts tension between the stock and the trigger group. if not , that may be your problem, its not holding the trigger group tight enough to the receiver.
