colt colteer

I am in need of a rear sight for a colt colteer 22 mag rifle. I have tried numrich and some others with no luck. Thanks for your help

  Let me give you another option. You might be aware of this already. I know by now you understand the scarcity of these rifles and the fact that parts are almost non-existent.
  
  Watch on E-Bay for a Coltsman JR. .22 Rifles Scope for sale. Make sure it has the MOUNT and you will be able to solve your problem very nicely! Saw a 4X sell a day or two ago for about $11.00 and it had the mount...... Hope this helps a little......These scopes were made for this rifle, by the way!

  I think the 22 LR sight is probably the same. This rifle was also made for Montgomery Wards using the name Hawthorne and Sentry, Models 580 EJN & 880 EJN, 814 EJN, 558; Western Field 807A ECH. These rifles come up occasionally too. Might have to buy a another whole one for parts. It's a common looking stamped leaf sight with a sliding ramp. Other company's sight might work if screw holes line up.
  
  The scope that JudgeRoyBean was referring to is actually a Coltmaster Jr. They come up on eBay now and again. They were made in 2 1/2, 4 and 6 power.
