I sold my vari-x III for my signature 4-16 with the e-dot reticle. This scope is every bit as clear and the illum dot has proven to be a real advantage. they will gather every bit as much light as a comparable objective leupold,..and IMHO they gather a little more.

why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....
    Got Balistics?

    Thanks for the response JustC.

I own several Burris. In comparable objective lens diameters, power settings the Burris produce better clarity and brightness tan my Leupolds. IMHO[;)]

The Burris lighted reticule is superb for night hunting, and I think that once you own one you'll soon part with the other ones. Steer clear of the PosiLock !

Gun control is hitting what your aiming at.

Too late mrBruce,I just purchased the Signature which has the posilock. Can you tell me the problem you had with it?
