EAA Witness Hunter .45acp
Interested in anyones experience with EAA Witness Hunter in .45acp.
I handled one at Gander Mountain a few days ago. Fairly heavy but seemed to be balanced quite well. Thanks for any info.

One of my best customers and friends bought one to take as a back-up on an out of state trip. I didn't counsel against it, because of the proven CZ design, and my previous experience repairing just about any concievable problem with a Tanfoglio product over the years. Also, if something happened to it, it wouldn't be as much of a loss as the Colt Delta 10mm or the Caspian Longslide 45Super that I built for him. After a trigger job, and a little judicious slicking up, it has become the pistol that he carries most often. It started out as an "illegitimate little sister" project, and became a star.
