Two Questions......Cowboy Action Shooting?
For those of you that reload and shoot Lead bullets at your events, here's a couple questions.
1. What caliber and weight lead do you shoot, and
2. What Brand and where do you get them???
Thanks!
Henry Ford stated: "There is no one more useless than a Convict, except perhaps, those that guard them. This was his reason NOT to hire either one of them!

Hello, Judge. Are you SASS #1? In that case, howdy "boss" pardner! We met at the Shot Show in Orlando, couple years ago. Been doing my wrangling with the Goldcoast Gunslingers. I have been shooting .45 LC and I use 200gr. RNFP (in all three guns) I have used D-J bullets, but for a while could not get them, so I switched to Meister Bullets. Buy them directly or from Midway. I think I found the listings at the "Chronicles". 0 -
I shoot .45colt usually 185 or 200 grain flat points.I load one load tht will work in handguns and carbines just to keep it simple.I buy Bear Creek moly bullets from my nearest dealer 'cause he shoots cas and is miles closer than Sportsmans Warehouse...unfortunately.Hes one of the few dealers in Portland who still carry reloading stuff.I;'m glad he does and tell him so so he won't change his mind.good thing hes a reloader too.:)
