What States do not allow high capacity magazines (over 10 rounds) or drum magazines to be shipped/sold in their States?

  CA, DC, MD, MA, NJ, & NY have high cap mag restrictions, but it's not necessarily a limit of 10 rounds; the definition varies by state.
