What this scope worth like new in the box ?

Its really hard to soar with the Eagles, when you are stuck with turkeys!

  you might want to doublecheck the objective dimensions given...i was unaware of a 44mm offering...the 40mm range from 275 -350 depending on condition, finish, reticle and a.o adjustments (used)...the 50's usually bring a premium of an additional 25-50 dollars...just my observations for online price ranges

  I paid $350 10 years ago for a new 3.5X10X50mm Leup. that included base & rings. For what's that worth.

  www.bearbasin.com is a great place for comparison shopping, and buying. Leupold no longer makes a vari-X III like that, but $300 would be about right for a sale price.
