    im tidying up here before my trip and saw your post. what does it read on your slide? s-100, o-100, s-101 or just a serial number? do you have a new haven or hamden gun?

    ok, give me a serial now. first 4 is ok.

    there are two springs it can be depending on year. both guns early and late have a spring that look like an open safety pin with a 'double wrap' wire circle. the newer gun will have an extra spring that looks like a bent christmas ornament hook with a 'one wrap' circle. in other words, one gun gets the extra one, the other doesnt. let me know![^]
