Adjusting a Scope's Paralax

Most of my shooting will be at 100 yards,from a bench with an 8-32 power scope.Would like to shoot at highest power availabe for tight groups.Should i adjust my scopes paralax at this distance??

  Scopes designed for high-powered rifles will have the parallax adjusted to 200+ yards. so shooting at 100 could cause problems, primarily involving the position of your eye relative to the scope. If your eye is in exactly the same spot, relative to the scope, for each shot, the wandering of the reticle will be minimal, but if your shooting position/stock allow your eye to be in different positions, then your groups will grow.

  all my 32x scopes do very well at 100yds. Focus the REAR eye peice first,..that is of major importance. The objective focus if fore the target,..the rear focus is for the crosshairs.
  
  if you have a CHEAP scope,..parallax may be an issue no matter what. Turn your power all the way up,..then set behind the rifle with a good view of the target,..now move your head side to side,..if the crosshairs appear to move back and forth, the parallax adjustment/setting is failing. If the crosshairs stay centered,.even as the picture blurs out on one side or the other,..the parallax is fine.
  
  why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....
