.17 Cal Cleaning Supply?
Dose anyone make a .17 Cal cleaning cotten mop/swab with 8/32 threads?
I can find the Brass Jag in this thread. Would like to use only one rod for the cleaning of this caliber. THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!

My wife got me a pretty big cleaning kit from wally world for Christmas. It has an alum. case,4 sets of of rods for .17-shotgun,a bunch of jags and everything is made of brass and the kit is right under $40 (found the receipt).hope this helps and good luck. 0 -
Dewey makes them. I think I have some in the shop. They would be $3 each including shipping.

no one makes 17 cal jags or swabs with 8/32 threads-too big. the proper thread for 17 cal stuff is 5/40. check the diameter of a # 8 thread and youll see what I mean. If you want to have fun try to figure the thread size to clean a 12 caliber barrel. 0 -
