Alessi makes a quality holster but the only one I have is one of their shoulder rigs and I am quite pleased with it. IMHO a small of back (SOB) holster is great for concealment IF you are going to be standing all day because as soon as you sit down with any type of back support at all it is uncomfortable as the devil.

For what its worth....I did go ahead and purchase this holster. It's awsome. While, as stated above, the comfort factor of the holster while in the seated position is not something one would choose for an extended period of time. I've found that I can easily drive my car for a short trip (15 to 20min.) without any real discomfort. For further trips simply removing the gun solved the problem. I have three friend that were som impressed with mine that they've purchased the same for their Glock 19s. Of course their weapons are removed before sitting due to the extra size.
Also, on a quick note. I spoke to the folks at Alessi concerning another issue. It would be impossible to find someone more pleasurable to do business with. They're absolutely great!!!0 -
I hope those boys with the Glocks are real carefull when they reholster their weapons , they sure would hate to have a accidental discharge with the holster right next to their spine 0
