SA Trophy Match for IPSC Competition?

I'm really interested in getting into IPSC and wanted to know if I can use an SA Trophy Match.

It's my night stand gun for now. No mods whatsoever. I've found the reload recipe that it likes for the range and is very accurate.

Would this be a good choice or should I stick to my Glocks?
