a-5 browning 16 ga. barrel markings

i recently purchased a very early a-5 16 ga. it came with 2 barrels 1 has browning markings and serial number matches the receiver the # 2 barrel has no markings what so ever not even to tell you its a 16 ga. were do you think this barrel came from is it after market? is'nt it the law that the barrels have to give the ga. cal. ect.

  HAS IT BEEN REBLUED ? HAVE SEEN REBLUED GUNS THAT THE MARKINGS ARE VERY LIGHT BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN BUFFED OFF .

  i don't think it been reblued looks very original no pitting ect.
