What is it ?

I have a 7.62x54r Mauser style rifle with very little markings on it.There is a26 inside a tiangle,an arrow inside a triangle,1960,c5256,and no safety.the short bolt is bent and not straight.What is it?

  The arrow in the triangle is for Izhevsk Arsenal (Russia)

  It has a safety but it is awkward.
  You pull back on the bolt and twist to the left.
