Help on what kind of AK47 I have.......
Happy New Year to all!
I have a rifle I am looking to sell and have no idea what it's worth. It is an AK47, wood stocks, and the barrel is stamped Interstate Arms, Billerica, MA. On the receiver it says "Made in China", but there is no manufacturer name on the rifle. It is a pre-ban rifle, which I received from a client some years back to pay his debt. Can anyone tell me possible value (I don't have photo's of it)? I am looking to sell and just want a fair price. Thank you in advance!

200 may or may not be a fair price. IMHO 200 is likely going to be too low. However, everything depends on what exactly you have.....a pre-pan polytech with wire folder, flash suppressor ect ect or a run of the mill norinco mac 90...two different guns, likely same "made in china" mark and two very different prices. You need to supply the wiser minds here with more info and ideally some pics to get a fair sense of what you have. Otherwise your in apples to oranges and random numbers land. 0 -
How thick is the receiver? is it milled or stamped? Does the firing pin have a spring?, What color is the Wood?
I know mak90's have 1mm thick receivers, (stamped), no fireing pin spring, and the wood is hideous orange, as is most norinco wood.0
