Enfield No.1 Cup-type Grenade Launcher

Anyone know the availablity of the muzzle mount grenade launching cup for the Enfield No.1 rifle ???? I have failed to find one thus far, so I'm guessing availablity is not good. It has been removed from NFA, right? Anyone take a stab at the cost? Thanks!!!
