Safety hangs up on Bailkal sxs trigger

Howdy: Bought a new sxs bounty hunter II shotgun hammerless 12ga. double trigger made by Baikal......I removed the lever that pushes the auto safety on when cocking the barrels.......every fourth shot ,the safety jumps out of the slot between the two triggers and sits on top of the left trigger thus preventing it from lifting the sear and firing....If wiggle the left trigger free ,the safety returns in the slot and the left trigger will then release the sear and fire....I guess the recoil from the right barrel being fired causes the safety to jump on top of the left trigger...The gun is for cowboy action shooting and can't have auto safety and trigger wiggles hiccups goin on ......anyone ever heard of this....Thanks....
