About to Sell a Winchester Model 12 20ga

I am going to sell a Win Model 12 20ga for a relative and I need some help determining its age and worth. It says 'Full' I assume choke. It says 'NickelSteel'. It says 'Manufactured by the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. New Haven Connecticut USA Patent' then has various dates from 1890 to 1918. Has a dark wood stock and pump, pretty solid condition with no major dings or scratches though I cannot accurately appriase the receiver, etc.

  If you just want a ballpark figure, in good condition a real shooter will go anywhere from $300-600. like the above said condition is everything pictures are everything in getting a real value.
