I inherited a side x side 10 gauge from my father. It was bought around 1965ish. I don't believe its a very valuable gun... he could not of afforded much at the time, but I have not seen another one. I have many memories of carrying it to the goose blind as a kid for him. I would never part with it, just looking for info .

Generally they were made in either Italy or Spain. Many by small family business type manufacturers. We would need quality photos to help you with information and valuation. Both the Italian and Spanish Proof Marks contain a date that's coded, so DOM wouldn't be a problem.

I knew someone woyuld ask me to post a picture..... when I figure it out I will promise. It says Eibar... Made in spain. Once you break it open it says JB 1469. Under the hand grip, bottom of barrel it has... Choke 18.5 13.4 and 2710 G something can't make out. Sorry I'm a rookie.

rookie after a complete dis assemble... make it jb 7469 and c10-89 and lots of inspection markings.
