Winchester Model 70 SA Heavy Varmint?

Hi, I think back in the early 90's(not a classic), Winchester made this rifle with a synthetic stock and a blued action, with a heavy stainless 26" barrel. I was wondering who made the stock and barrel for these guns.

  I thing the model is called Heavy Varmint, that is what is stamped on the barrel.

  bell&carson on the stock and schnieder i believe on the barrel

  Ditto-I own 222.223.220swift.22-250. They outshoot most any Remington. Including my 5R 308. Only thing that shoots close is my Cooper in 222. Push feed M-70's are great rifles. I'll take em over a Remington 700 all day. Those HS Precision stocks were all pillar bedded on the HV rifles. BTW. Wilson also makes Cooper's barrels[^]
