Remington 513T trigger adjustable
Is the trigger on a Remington 513 T adjustable? Are there instructions somewhere on how to properly adjust?

Yes. The trigger is adjustable. Here is an excerpt from Encyclopedia of Modern Firearms that explains how to adjust the trigger.
To adjust trigger stop, screw in rear adjusting screw until it contacts bottom of trigger. When gun is fired the trigger should contact the rear adjusting screw the moment that the sear leaves the firing pin notch.
When a heavier pull is desired, the front adjusting screw can be turned in or clockwise. For a light pull it is turned out or counter clockwise.
It appears that these instructions assume some basic gunsmithing skill on the part of the reader. Hope they help.0 -
