M1 Garand and moly bullets

I have 840 moly coated 150 grain bullets that I got from a Midway close-out that I would like to use up.
How will they affect my barrel?
I was told a few years ago that I would never get the moly out of my barrel once I started using them.

    Naw, it'll come out with a bronze brush, a good solvent like KG12 and some elbow grease. Shoot em up they won't hurt a thing.
    The moly will also come out after about a hundred rounds of non-coated.

    I would make sure I had a VERY CLEAN bore before I shot any moly bullets I thing some problems show up if you have fouling in the bore the moly traps this fouling and coats over it then it will start to work on your bore then at a later date when you clean out the moly you have a bore that is not as good as it once was.
