Colt python .357 8 inch barrel
I have a Colt Python .357 with an 8-inch barrel that's in excellent condition. I purchased it new in the early '80s. I am selling a few of our handguns and trying to decide which ones to sell.
What am I looking at for a value range on this one? I understand this model is no longer manufactured with an 8-inch barrel. It truly is in excellent condition.

Jacky, Pythons have been increasing in value steadily for some time. Unfortunately the 8" barrels are not nearly as popular as the shorter guns.
One of my Pythons is an 8" I bought a couple years ago for $650. An 8" now may sell for $800 to $1000 depending on condition.0 -
Python Blue or Royal Blue Finish (Mfg. circa 1970-1996)

If there is any wear on it then it is 90% at best. You may be looking at $650 to $7500 -

If you haven't registered on the auction side of this website, do it. Then do a smart search for completed auctions for 8" Python. If you sort my highest bids or most bids you'll find the ones that actually sold and what the purchase price was. 0
