ASP 9mm Pistols

I own two ASP 9mm pistols. Both are in excellent, like new condition. Each has the original three magazines and magnetic magazine holders. I also have an Alessi custom made holster. Both pistols are right handed.

One ASP has the original Guttersnipe sights. The second has a special order low profile sight which Paris Theodore installed for an agent who had difficulties with the Guttersnipe sighting system.

Can someone tell me what the value of each of these would be to a collector? Thankyou.

    Very low production, virtually one of a kind pistols. Very difficult to place a valuation on them. Documentation regarding their original purchase from Theodore would be a plus, i.e. Bill of Sales, Invoices, Correspondence with Theodore etc.

    It would be best if you could trace any other recent sales of ASP pistols, as far as the price(s) realized. You might try the various on-line specific S & W forums, if none of our folks can help you.

    I don't want to guess a dollar value, but an ASP with real sights would be a great catch in my book.

    With rare items like this the only way to determine the true market value is to auction them.

    I'm also reluctant to name a price here, but I think I'd start the bidding at $1000 each.
