Remington 887 nitro mag
Has anyone purchased one of these or know anything about them I am just lookikng for some feedback Thanks John<{{{><

I would NOT buy one. I have got to shoot these and I didn't care for them. They are covered in a layer of plastic, even the barrel, a little of 1/4" thick. The first one we got in the store I had to repair before we could put it on the shelf. There has since been reports of moisture between the barrel and coating causing corrosion.
If we get one in for warranty work we have to send it directly to Rem because they want to see for themselves what is going on.

Took my new 887 camo nitro mag out for teal season this weekend. Not much shooting and the one bird I shoot at I fired two rounds. on the second shot the gun jammed and the slide would not budge. As this gun is billed as indestructable I was very unhappy. took it apart as much as I could in the flooded area as I could and no repair could be made. Got it home and took it apart and found the slide to be disconnected and jammed from the bolt. hooked everything back up and oiled the snot out of it and will try it on doves before duck season arrives. As a whole at this point I am not impressed. 0
