S&W 460 question about the sights

I was looking at a S&W 460V with the 5" barrel, I see it comes with two rear sight assemblies...one is high and one is low...which one would be used for 460 and which for 454 or 45Colt?

  for the most part with revolvers the heavier the bullet the higher the point of impact a fast lightweight bullet would use the tall sight and a heavy bullet would use the shortest sight.
