Looking to get a heavy barrel bolt action .22 for accuracy practice. any thoughts. Looking to spend less than $500. Thanks!

    The CMP has some Kimbers with minor surface rust that should clean up with no problem for 400.00 including sights.

    CZ 452 Varmint, or 453 Varmint. The 453 is a little pricier than $500.00, but the single set trigger is worth it. Another one that is realy worthy is the Anschutz Achiever, on the used market...if you can find one.

    Check the 2010 catalog - there is a BR style stock available.

    buy a new kimber from the cmp or on gunbroker. The cmp kimber is 600.00 new on the cmp website. I have one and it outshoots my friends anschutz and i use wolf target ammo.
