Does anyone have any experience and opinion with an Automag III .30 carbine pistol? I have been contemplating purchasing one of these. Thanks.

Love mine, the only problem i ever had was the grip screws keep wanting to come loose as it is fired. They were very impressed with it at the Kings Ranch when i was hunting pigs and javelina. ( spelling )Only used it on a couple small pigs but it worked good on the javelina. 0 -
I have had this one for a couple years now. Lots of fun to shoot. They are loud but thats what hearing protection is for. I shoot mainly military ball, but some fmj reloads also.

I have had one for around 4 years. A great shooter, reasonably accurate and 100% reliable. Take a close look at the barrel prior to purchase, and if you can do the bullet test with a 30-06 round. Have seen a couple at local shows that have been pretty well shot out.
In addition to being a blast to shoot, the value of these seems to be holding quite well, and one would assume you could always get your money out of it if you wanted to do so.
If you like revolvers, you may also want to look for a Ruger Blackhawk in .30 Carbine. They make a nice pair.0
