12GA sizer??? Help ID and explain some things

I bought this not realizing what it was (I thought it was a universal decapper, did not look close)

I am pretty sure it is a 12guage shot gun decapper/sizer.

It is labeled Plachmiller which I have never heard of.

I am putting it on GB but was curious if anyone used these, heard of them or better yet knew if there was a die that would fit this that was a universal decapper as it is very well engineered and I would love to keep it if it could take a new die. The thread is larger than the usual die size so it requires something bigger.

Fill in the blanks for me please

  I believe that it was made by Lachmiller Engineering Co, located in Southern CA. They were a manufacturer of reloading presses and equipment back in the 50's/60's time frame. The correct die size used for shotgun shells was 1 1/4-18. You might run across them for cheap on flea bay or one of the on-line gun auctions, as nobody hardly uses them anymore.

  Make (have made) a simple threaded bushing, 7/8-14 on the inside and what ever your Lachmiller press uses on the outside
  
  I don't recall that they made shotgun equipment, they are best known for their universal seating dies (1 die per 1 caliber IE: you could seat everything from a 30-30 to a 300 H&H in the same die). Look at todays RCBS Compitation seater and you'll see the Lachmiller based side window and floating sleeve.
  
  Can you take a couple more photos (side view)? I'd be interested in seeing the moving relationship between the upper & middle heads along with their relationship to the base.

  I have a set of herters dies that are 1 1/4 for 12 ga.my turret press has a hole that size and threads fit.I always suppected they were made by lachmiller.I have some other dies made by them also.tks hedge[:D]
