I don't believe there is for the P225, only the P226. If you want to find out for sure, check out www.sigforum.com and ask. You'll have to register to post, but it's a great forum with knowledgeable folks who'll share their knowledge with noob's without making you feel dumb.

I've never seen a .22 conversion for any model other than the P-220. 0 -
Per the SIG website, they offer 22 conversions for the P220, P226 and P229. Nothing for the P225 and, with it being discontinued for civilian sales, it would seem doubtful they'd work on one.

They are relatively new (I think they've only been out for about a year), but there is now one out for the p-226, and they are actually available for purchase:

Don't forget there was also a .22 conversion unit available for the venerable Sig p210. Good luck finding one for sale. . .they've been discontinued for years. If you are lucky enough to locate one for sale, you can expect to pay over $1000 for it.
I know you know this. . .since you linked THIS picture to one, in this thread: http://forums.gunbroker.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=377417

Two totally different pistols; a SIG P-210 and a SIG-Sauer P-225, distant cousins perhaps, but nothing much in common. Here is a photo of the P-210 conversion:

Here is a photo of my 9mm P-220 with it's conversion for .22LR and .45 ACP:
