Japanese Pistol
I have a Nambu Model 14 brought back from Korea. I think the gun was made around 1935-45. Is there a site that I can go to get information about this gun? Thanks.

On the right side of the frame you will find a number stamped, it can be anything from 1 to 20, then a dot and another number, from 1 to 12. The first number represent the year of manufacture, starting with the first year of the emperor, 1925 which would be 1, the second number is the number of the month of manufacture. For example, I have a type 14 on the auction side that is numbered 17.8 which means 1942 . August.
