I have a rem model 700 bdl custom deluxe in 300 rum it has the engraved reciver and floor plate it has a leupold one piece base with leupold rings topped with a nikon monarch ucc 6.5-20x44 it does show a little wear arond the safety and on the bolt. What would be a fair price I am thanking of selling it as a package[8)]

  I suggest you do a search of completed auctions for each item and see what the bids have been. Ignore outlandish minimum bids or items that did not sell.
