    Hi to all
I have a browning a5 light 20 Jap,grade 1, Vent rib, with a 26" skeet tube that is still in plastic wrappings in the original box. It seems to be new and was purchased in 1980. Can you tell me value as i am helping a widow of a close friend.
    Thanks
    Kevin

The A5 is the A5. Some were made in belgium some in Japan. Now they are not made anywhere.

As far as I know, there is only one A5. However, the earlier guns were manufactured in Belgium, the later ones in Japan. Remington also produced this design as the Model 11.

Some Browning A5's were made in the USA in the WWII time frame when Belgium was under German occupation.

There are also guns sold in Europe by FN, sans the Browning address.
There is no difference between those and the Browning A5.
