quality of dpms products

has anyone had use of a dpms product how do they stand up over time any problems to look for personal expierences wanted am in the process of bidding on a nib dpms 7.62 x39 m16 any help appreciated asking sale price buy now for 775.00

    There okay, but I had a personal experience with one of their receivers blowing out the side wall (not firing) and if I have a choice I would opt for another brand. I guess there was a question as some of their early cast receivers were of some what questionable quality.

    I have a 16" DPMS upper in 308 and use their LPK to build a few ARs and probably have alot of their other parts in ARs. I don't work my ARs very hard at all, the DPMS stuff has always worked fine for me. In the 308, the upper fit my POF lower nice and snug, no issues and fine accuracy.

    My two are just as good as any other AR I own.

    I have AR15s and AR308s.
    They work well for me.
    My 308s actually are comparable to my Noveskes in performance.
    They are not finished as well though.
    Definitely worth the bucks.
