AH Fox and Fox Sterlingworth Serial Numbers
I have two old shotguns. The first is an AH Fox Serial Number 10210 and the other is a Fox Sterlingworth Serial Number 253761. Does anyone have information that would indicate the years these guns were manufactured? I haven't found anything online and don't want to pay the Cody Museum or others for the research.

First, the Cody Firearms Musuem does not have any records for AH Fox/Fox Sterlingworth.
1. AH Fox serial number 10210 is a 1910 vintage 12-gauge.
2. Fox Sterlingworth serial number 253761 should be a 1915 vintage 20-gauge.0 -

The information is from my own notes (which I keep on my computer). A number of years ago (while undoubtedly searching for some piece of Winchester trivia) I stumbled upon a serial number versus DOM listing for the A.H. Fox and Fox Sterlingworth shotguns and I made a copy of it... I do not remember where I found it.0 -

I do not use the Blue Book (due to its frequent inaccuracies), and I have never been on the Fox collectors website. What I found was a published listing, and I copied/scanned it.0 -
