savage 1912

I am looking for a replacement part-spent shell extractor and spring for a Savage 1912 semi-auto .22 rifle. Tried Numerich, Brownell's, Bob's, Wisners, and Old West plus a few others. Any idea where I might try to either get a replacement part or have one made up special? I do have an extra one from an old 1912 parts gun, but afraid to try it and have it break and fly to places unknown again. Thanks, Dave
