.32 Smith and Wesson mystery bullet?

    The loaded ammo is mostly 32 S$W Short with one 32 ACP.
    It isn't that old despite the corrosion. It's post WW2 and most likely post 1960.
    Loose bullets may be homemade.

    Accurate measurments may help in the identification of your mystery 'widgets'. My guess is they are .250 X .375 dia. Also, what material are they made of? Are they steel pins? (magnetic)

    They look like index pins of the style used in many mechanical assemblies. I have seen similar pins used numerous places, such as indexing a pressure plate to a fly wheel.
