Where can I find a trigger guard and the three screws for a Winchester 04.

  By scouring the internet firearms auction sites for another old Model 04 rifle to part out. The chances of finding just the parts you need is somewhere between extremely slim and none (with "none" leading the race). If you do find the parts, be prepared to pay a steep price for them.
