Bersa Thunder shoots low
I have a new nickle .380 and the only ammo I can find is the Winchester white box 95gr with flat points. It's 100% reliable and shoots nice tight groups at 15 yards but a little low. In fact its a foot low out at 25 yards. Other than aiming high, which I don't like because the front blade covers the target, any suggestions? Is there a higher adjustable rear sight to be had? I plan to handload a 115gr and fire for effect. Little gun runs great and fits in front pocket real nice.

You could take a file to the front site and lower it... which would raise the POI 0 -

Is this a three dot sight system? If so, are you shooting at 6-Oclock, floating the bull on the front sight? With most FACTORY regulated three dot sights, you need to shoot at 12-Oclock to hit center of bull...hence the dot on the front sight is spot on.
However, if you go to Brownell's at www.brownells.com you should be able to find a small adjustable sight like the on from MMC that I have on my Glock 29...adjustable by screw setting for elevation, and for windage by drifting in the dovetail.
