On this revolver,can a bisley grip frame and hammer be swapped with a regular grip frame and hammer?

  You'll love it with the Bisley grip. Makes the recoil a little easier, and just feels better in the hand.

  as said... it can. however, the frame will reguire fitting. it is just not a bolt on part... so to speak. i have done this conversion in my shop. it works best if you are going to re-blue the gun if blued. this way, the frame can be made to mate perfectly to the receiver.

  only this one is in 45 colt which is really hard to find ,, if you do decide to try fitting a bisley grip frame on they
  ,usually they are a close enought fit that all they might require is a little hand work , also all Hunter models are stainless steel so there is no blueing involved
