Colt 1991a1

I have a Colt 1991a1 that does not feed the last round. Have polished barrel bottom and feed ramp. Tried three different magazines. Any suggestions appricated.

  My WAG is that it has something to do with the Slide Stop/Hold Open, if it happens with three different mags.
  
  The Slide Stop shouldn't touch the follower until the last cartridge in the magazine has been chambered.
  
  Many different companies have made after market Slide Stops over the years. They are not all to spect.
  
  Check the engagement of Slide Stop and Magazine Follower using functioning dummies, not loaded ammo.
