Good morning all, I was wondering how does one privately sell a gun to another person? What are the requirements that must be met? What are some safeguards for the seller as far as liability of the weapon that is being sold? All answers and responses are greatly appreciated. 0 -
If you don't have the actual missile, which would be a Destructive Device, then you don't have anything but an ornament/decoration/curio. Without the tube or the missile there is nothing there that is a firearm. 0
